December Shopping Means Big Home-Buying Discounts

Looking at the data of single-family homes and condos purchased from 2013 through 2017, seven of the 10 days with the largest price discounts from full market home value occur in December.

No doubt you’re aware the Seattle market is finally bouncing back in inventory, another reason this December might be the perfect time to buy. Let’s Review:

Shopping for a house in December means
